When is the sales office open?

Marina Bay is a gated community. The gates are open daily between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 11:00 am - 6:00 pm on Sundays for future members. After hour member access and guest access shall be via a key pad code.

The sales office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - Saturday from 11 AM - 6 PM and Sunday from 1 PM - 6 PM. The office is closed on Wednesday.

Construction activity is directed to the Nix Bridge Road entrance. Construction hours of operation are 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. There will be no construction activity on Sundays.
