Can I re-sell my Marina Bay homesite?
The developer shall retain a right to first refusal on any attempt to re-sell a home site. The resale price to the developer shall be at the price it was originally sold from the developer. If the developer declines to repurchase the home site upon request from the home site owner, the home site may be sold to a third party at a price to be negotiated between the home site owner and the third party. An individual may transfer title of their home site to a builder for construction loan purposes.Finished homes, of course, may be sold and resold to any third party without any repurchase rights to the developer.
