In 2005, Marina Bay's 14,000 square-foot clubhouse was recognized as the "best of the best" by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders’ Association.The clubhouse located at Marina Bay provides community members a host of amenities that can be enjoyed year round. Inspired by the renown lake-club resorts from the Adirondacks to the Appalachians, our resort clubhouse at Lake Lanier offers a more tranquil, family-friendly living environment.
At their leisure, members of our beautiful resort at Lake Lanier enjoy these preferred amenities of a classic New England-styled clubhouse. At 14,000 square feet, the club features a soaring, fireside grand room; a fireside library; a club cottage fitness center; a catering kitchen; terrace-level game & card rooms; a poolside summer kitchen; a heated free-form pool; a fireside pavilion; and a special events lawn. These beautiful amenities were named "the best of the best" at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s annual Professionalism Awards ceremonies in 2005.
